About The Position

The Keller Group is looking for a Senior Product Designer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and user -centered thinking. Our client is seeking a seasoned UX professional to take on a consultative, client -facing role. In this position, you’ll collaborate directly with stakeholders to shape digital products and drive high -quality design outcomes across their organization. You’ll have the opportunity to influence everything from high -level client strategy to hands -on design execution—while also mentoring junior designers and championing a strong design culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years in UX/product design roles, with leadership or mentorship experience
• Experience and confidence working in a client -facing and consultative role
• Strong portfolio with various + diverse case studies showing process, deliverables, and outcomes
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and other core tools
• Excellent communication skills—verbal, visual, and written
• A user -first mindset, paired with a passion for elegant, functional design
• Comfortable working remotely and leading collaborative, cross -functional teams

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing key client relationships and steering design direction
• Lead end -to -end design for complex, user -centered digital products
• Plan and facilitate client workshops that turn challenges into actionable insights
• Drive internal design initiatives that improve process, culture, and quality
• Mentor junior designers and help grow design talent
• Work closely with researchers, developers, and product teams to bring ideas to life
