Senior Product Designer (UX-Focused)

Impruvon HealthBaltimore, MD

About The Position

Impruvon Health was founded with a mission to transform medication management for vulnerable populations through innovation, accountability, and compassion. Our platform empowers care teams by simplifying complex workflows, preventing medication errors, and ensuring compliance so individuals in long-term care can live more safely and independently. We serve a wide range of care settings, including organizations that support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). These environments depend on tools that are reliable, intuitive, and easy to use for caregivers with varying levels of clinical and technical experience. At Impruvon, we are innovative, driven, and committed to building with empathy. We listen first, challenge ourselves to improve every day, and work as a supportive, collaborative team focused on solving meaningful problems that directly impact people’s lives. The Role We are hiring a Senior Product Designer as our first dedicated design hire. This is a UX-first role focused on making complex, regulated workflows such as medication administration, compliance documentation, and medication storage feel clear, safe, and intuitive for real-world care teams. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams, including those who train and support frontline caregivers. You will design end-to-end experiences across web, mobile, and connected devices such as smart medboxes. You will also help establish foundational design practices while staying hands-on. Our ecosystem includes native mobile apps, a web-based admin dashboard, and connected smart medboxes used for medication storage and tracking. This role is ideal for a designer who prefers solving real operational problems, like helping a caregiver safely complete a med pass in a high-stress moment, over visual polish for its own sake.
