User Behavior Analysis: Funnel analysis for registration, deposit, betting, and withdrawals. Monitoring key product KPIs such as retention, churn, LTV, session length, etc. Generating product reports to identify which features drive user engagement and revenue. Hypothesis Support & Validation: Collecting and analyzing data to validate or reject product hypotheses. Working closely with UX/UI teams to improve the user experience based on insights. Dashboards & Analytics Tools: Building and maintaining product dashboards using Tableau. Segmenting users (e.g., VIPs, casual players, high-risk segments) to personalize analysis and product decisions.
