This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Senior Product Analyst with a strong blend of analytical and strategic thinking skills to join our team. The ideal candidate is a data-driven storyteller who can extract, analyze, and visualize data while providing strategic insights that influence product decisions. They must be adept at SQL and Excel and capable of crafting compelling presentations that communicate data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL is a must, Exceptional quantitative and financial modeling with high proficiency in Excel and G-Suite applications. Experience with leveraging and utilizing LLMs to create custom apps for internal use is highly desirable.
Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to interpret data within a business context and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences.
Presentation Design: Skilled in PowerPoint or similar tools for creating professional, visually appealing slides.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and quality in data analysis and deliverables.
Experience: 5+ years in data analysis, strategy, management consulting, business operations, investment banking, or a related role, preferably in a product-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis: Data Analysis with proficient SQL and Excel Skills
Strategic Insight Generation: Leverage data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that align with organizational goals and product strategies.
Data Visualization: Create intuitive and impactful dashboards and reports in Tableau and Excel to help stakeholders interpret data and make informed decisions.
Presentation Development: Build clear, visually compelling slides and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams and leadership.
Collaboration & Communication: Partner with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align data analysis efforts with business priorities and product roadmaps.
Problem-Solving: Proactively identify data gaps, inefficiencies, or opportunities and propose solutions to optimize processes or strategies.
