About The Position

The Senior Product Analyst is responsible for the ownership, success, and continuous forward progress of one or more products within the organization. This role serves as the primary bridge between business needs, technical execution, and user experience—translating ideas, client feedback, and operational requirements into clear, actionable work for development teams. The Senior Product Analyst is accountable for defining product direction, measuring success through key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring the product delivers ongoing value to clients and internal stakeholders. This role requires strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to confidently engage with both clients and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Strong technical aptitude, including experience using SQL for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document requirements clearly and lead productive discussions
  • Proven ability to own a product or functional area and drive it forward with accountability and focus
  • Comfortable engaging directly with clients, gathering feedback, and representing the product with confidence
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Experience writing detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Nice To Haves

  • Design or UX background is a plus, but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; equivalent professional experience considered

Responsibilities

  • Own one or more products end-to-end, including vision, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery
  • Define and track product KPIs, ensuring measurable success, quality, and forward progress
  • Gather and translate business, operational, and client requirements into clear, well-written user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Partner closely with Development, QA, Compliance, and Operations to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Utilize SQL and data analysis to validate requirements, investigate issues, measure performance, and support product decisions
  • Lead discovery conversations with clients and internal stakeholders to understand needs, pain points, and opportunities
  • Communicate product direction, priorities, and progress clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Support design and user experience discussions; collaborate with designers to ensure intuitive, user-focused solutions
  • Identify problems proactively, evaluate options, and drive thoughtful, solution-oriented decisions
  • Monitor product performance post-release and recommend improvements based on data and feedback
