About The Position

Home Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to drive revenue performance across our internal products and platforms—the systems that power homeowner acquisition, partner delivery, and operational efficiency. This role sits at the intersection of product analytics, revenue strategy, and data science, ensuring that every internal product decision directly contributes to scalable, measurable business growth. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Finance to define monetization frameworks, optimize pricing and lead-routing models, and uncover new revenue opportunities through data insights and experimentation. You’ll play a critical role in shaping how Home Solutions leverages automation, data, and experimentation to build smarter, more profitable internal products. The ideal candidate combines a deep analytical foundation with strong product intuition—someone who can both build robust data models and influence cross-functional strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in analytics, revenue operations, or product-focused strategy roles within high-growth, data-driven organizations.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • Fluency with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Sigma).
  • Hands-on familiarity with product experimentation, pricing models, or digital marketplace dynamics.
  • AI super-user. Excitement to try new tools and develop automated solutions with AI.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related analytical discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product Owners and leadership to define and refine the monetization strategy for Home Solutions’ internal platforms (e.g., lead routing, appointments, and partner delivery systems).
  • Analyze lead, routing, and conversion economics to identify revenue opportunities and performance bottlenecks.
  • Develop frameworks to measure and maximize revenue impact from new internal product features or automation initiatives.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive measurable impact.
  • Lead the end-to-end design and launch of high-impact internal products from zero to scale, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable revenue outcomes.
  • Conduct deep analyses of conversion funnels, partner yield, and revenue per lead across internal systems.
  • Build financial and performance models to forecast the impact of product changes, pricing adjustments, and partner programs.
  • Develop dashboards and KPIs that track monetization performance and enable proactive course correction.
  • Collaborate with data teams to enhance algorithmic matching, routing accuracy, and lead quality scoring.
  • Collaborate deeply with Engineering throughout discovery, design, and delivery to ensure monetization principles are integrated into system architecture, data models, and product roadmap priorities.
  • Lead A/B tests and experimentation initiatives focused on internal product performance and monetization efficiency.
  • Analyze test results to validate hypotheses and drive iterative improvements.
  • Champion a data-informed culture—ensuring insights are translated into action and measurable outcomes.
