About The Position

We are hiring a Senior Producer with a strong background in digital and software-driven projects. This role is ideal for someone who has worked closely with development teams (or comes from a technical background) and has evolved into a senior delivery leader.
The Senior Producer acts as the connective tissue between clients, internal producers, designers, and engineers—ensuring ideas are clearly defined, scoped correctly, and delivered with confidence. This role brings maturity, accountability, and process discipline to complex initiatives, raising the overall effectiveness of the production team.
As a senior leader, this role partners with other Producers to improve workflows, elevate documentation quality, and strengthen client-facing deliverables such as feature briefs, scopes, and production plans.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Producer, Technical Producer, or Project Manager on digital or software-driven projects.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and modern delivery practices.
• Experience translating client needs into structured deliverables (feature briefs, scopes, requirement docs).
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with tools such as Google Docs, Figma, and task management platforms.
• Strong communication skills—able to speak fluently with both clients and technical teams.
• Demonstrated experience delivering multiple projects from concept through completion.

Nice To Haves

• Background in solution engineering, QA, or technical consulting.
• Experience with cloud platforms, modern frameworks, or enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with experiential, kiosk-based, or integrated hardware/software projects.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of complex digital and experiential projects from concept through launch.
• Translate client and business needs into clear feature briefs, scopes, and technical requirements.
• Oversee or contribute to the creation of detailed tickets, timelines, and supporting documentation for development teams.
• Ensure work is fully scoped, technically sound, and aligned with internal standards and client expectations.
• Partner with Producers, PMs, and Leads to improve workflows, backlog readiness, and sprint planning.
• Maintain cross-team alignment between engineering, design, product, and client stakeholders.
• Anticipate risks, surface dependencies, and proactively resolve issues before they impact delivery.
• Act as a senior accountability owner—ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality remain on track.
• Serve as a trusted client-facing leader who communicates clearly, confidently, and transparently.
