Requirements

Knowledge of all types of production: broadcast, content, still photography, experiential, etc.
Experience with line production and ability to staff a crew
Strong scheduling and budgeting skills
Understanding of how to operate within an agency
The ability to think big picture one minute and get into the weeds the next
Creativity and imagination
The urge to problem solve
Talent to juggle many things at the same time
Strong communication skills
The ability to listen
Great presentation skills
Ability to be client facing
Ability to travel for shoots (domestically and internationally)
Extensive experience leading production on your own
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Ability to make scheduling and budget changes quickly and accurately
Extensive contacts in the production world including reps, directors and editors and crew members
Ability to work with strong creative teams who love to push the work
Ability to cultivate and maintain positive relationships with vendors
Analytical and creative mindset to examine a project and propose the best production solution
Ability to cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal teams
Presentation skills - both written and oral
6+ years of integrated production experience in an advertising agency or production company
