About The Position

The Senior Process & Solution Design Analyst is a senior individual contributor responsible for designing, optimizing, and enabling end‑to‑end business processes across Direct Travel’s integrated application ecosystem including Salesforce, ERP, Smartsheet, GTM, Customer Success platforms, Digital Unified Communications, and travel back‑office systems. This role blends deep process analysis with solution design and platform expertise to ensure the E2E Integrated Business Model is consistently modeled, automated, and measured from awareness to lead, opportunity to close, activation to adoption, traveler support, and order to cash. Reporting to the Director, IT Enterprise Services, this role partners closely with business and IT leaders to translate requirements into scalable, cloud-based solutions and AI‑driven automation that improve efficiency, customer experience, and financial performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting/Finance, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise applications, process analysis, or related fields.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce, integrations, automation, and data design.
  • Proven ability to analyze and optimize complex processes.
  • Ability to work lawfully in the US/Canada without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of enterprise application ecosystems and financial processes.
  • Familiarity with customer-facing cloud applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Industry certifications (PMP, ITIL, Six Sigma, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end process discovery, mapping, and redesign efforts using design thinking and data-driven analysis.
  • Define future state processes leveraging Salesforce, ERP, Smartsheet, Customer Success platforms, and Unified Communications.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, playbooks, and solution design artifacts.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed solution designs, user stories, and configuration specifications.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and admins to ensure scalable, secure solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
  • Design and refine integrations and data flows that provide a single customer lifecycle view.
  • Define and steward data models, metrics, and KPIs for lifecycle performance and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with analytics teams to design dashboards and reports.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and alignment of master and reference data.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce AI, ML, and automation across enterprise processes.
  • Collaborate with platform owners to implement AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Monitor emerging technologies to inform design and roadmap decisions.
  • Participate in team planning, standards development, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ensure cohesive communication and delivery across application platforms.
  • Support governance ensuring enhancements align to the integrated process flow.
