About The Position

As a Senior-Level Systems Engineer for CISR, youll be a lead member of cross-functional hardware and system design teams responsible for the realization of complex computing and communications systems. Youll make substantial contributions to CONOPS, requirements definition, trade studies, performance analysis, design, integration, and verification of these systems. We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences: Demonstrable experience with architecture development, requirements derivation, and suballocation. Demonstrable experience dening system behavior and system structure. Demonstrable experience with the cradle-to-grave life cycle of related products. Experience with the design, simulation, and verification of systems and their models. Understanding of communication transmission rates, formats, and waveforms. Demonstrable experience with the design of complex systems and subsystems. What sets you apart: Proficiency with System Modeling tools (e.g.Cameo/ MagicDraw). Hands-on lab experience with use of electronic test equipment. Background in electro-optics, including free-space communications. Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field.
  • 10+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 8 years of job-related experience.
  • Agile experience preferred.
  • Department of Defense TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance is required at time of hire.
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
