The Maritime/Land Systems & Sensors (MLSS) Division has an immediate need for a Staff Systems Engineer to serve as the RF Performance Team Product Owner to guide the development of a next generation maritime RF sensor system and mission solution. The Product Owner (PO) role offers a strategic leadership opportunity, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product's vision and strategy to align with the customer needs and threat landscape. You will lead and inspire your team of highly motivated and technically skilled systems, software, and digital engineers dedicated to innovative product development. As the PO, you will be responsible for working with program leadership in defining the overall product vision, crafting a minimum viable product, and managing cross-team dependencies to drive success. Engaging with key stakeholders, you will ensure clear communication and alignment on product goals and strategies.
