Eli Lilly and Company seeks a Senior Principal Scientist (R4) to plan and implement experiments using in vitro assays and technologies to support drug discovery. Plan and implement experiments using biomedical assays, including absorbance and fluorescence-based assays including HTRF, AlphaScreen/Lisa, and Polarization, as well as cell assays with engineered cell lines. Support pioneering small molecule discovery and support SAR for multiple projects through their data and analysis within a multidisciplinary team. Generate high-quality, reproducible data by leveraging liquid handling, laboratory automation, and advanced data analysis tools. #LI-DNI

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Biochemistry, Biology, or a related field
  • 3 years of experience with biochemical assays, mammalian cell culture, and assay development.
  • 3 years of experience with liquid handling systems and automation, including Biomek, Hamilton, ECHO, and Integra
  • 3 years of experience with data analysis software, including GraphPad Prism or Dotmatics
  • 3 years of experience with protein interaction technologies, including: HiBiT, AlphaLisa, and BLI.
  • 5% domestic travel required.

Responsibilities
