Job description as advertised: Design and develop Genesys Cloud software solutions using software technologies. Perform on-going technical solution deployment and technical application support of professional services (PS) capabilities, delivering technical implementation activities to support transition for PS engagements as required. Demonstrate product expertise in most Genesys Cloud products. Provide top quality service engagements for large or strategic customers or other accounts serving as the lead technical architect, advisor and/or engineer. Think outside the box when required and develop creative solutions to complex problems that meet customer requirements. Responsible for Change Management (CM) using Cloud, which includes conducting change impact analysis, assessing, and managing key stakeholders, developing and implementing effective communication plans, and creating and delivering training and engagement. Test software plan validation to confirm that our technology products meet the intended use and needs of the users. Identify engagement-related software issues and deliver Genesys Cloud solutions for the customers. Utilize Genesys CRM Integrations and Genesys Cloud SSO Integrations. Initiate and suggest process improvements to Project Managers and other Management to increase efficiencies for delivery of Genesys Cloud solutions. Stay abreast of technology through internal training, lab development, and industry standard training/certifications. Telecommuting allowed for this position. Minimum Qualifications: The position requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related field plus two (2) years of experience in a computer related occupation. Requires any amount of experience in the following: Agile and Scrum project delivery practices and tools. Genesys Cloud platform. Amazon Web Services (AWS). Development with build apps, integration, and applications leveraging APIs, JSON, and JavaScript. MS Visio. Apache Tomcat, Jetty and Embeddable Framework, Application Programming Interfaces, Data Actions, and Call Flows. SFDC, ServiceNow, MS Teams, and Zoom. Okta, Ping Federate, and Google.
