About The Position

Infosys is seeking a Principal Consultant . As a Principal Consultant you will play a strategic role in shaping and delivering innovative solutions for healthcare clients. You will leverage deep domain expertise to drive digital transformation, enhance member and provider experiences, and lead solution development initiatives. You will also serve as a thought leader, representing Infosys in industry forums and client engagements while handling below responsibilities. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology. Candidate must be located within commuting distance or willing to relocate to Long beach, CA. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time. .NET Architecture: Experience designing and implementing scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using the .NET framework. Skilled in creating modular architectures for enterprise-level applications. Windows Server Maintenance: Experience managing and maintaining Windows Server environments, including configuration, patching, performance optimization, and troubleshooting for high availability. C# Development: Experience developing robust backend systems and APIs using C#. Strong focus on clean code practices, object-oriented design, and adherence to SOLID principles. JavaScript & Web Development: Experience building dynamic, responsive web applications using JavaScript and modern frameworks. Skilled in front-end development and integration with backend services. Website Development: Experience in full-stack web development, including UI/UX design principles, responsive layouts, and cross-browser compatibility. Capable of delivering optimized and user-friendly web solutions. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with project management Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel Planning and Co-ordination skills Good Communication and Analytical skills Understanding of medical affairs processes as relevant to sales and marketing Knowledge & Exposure to other areas of pharmaceutical business areas would be an added advantage The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
