The Senior PPC Specialist will own the strategy, execution, and performance of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for a portfolio of clients. You’ll be responsible not only for hitting performance targets but for steering the larger digital strategy and identifying opportunities for growth. As a senior team member, you’ll serve as a trusted expert both internally and externally, mentoring junior team members, managing relationships with external contractors, and proactively guiding client marketing strategy with a high degree of independence. You’ll need to be equally comfortable in the weeds of campaign structure and in strategic conversations with clients and internal stakeholders. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and is eager to lead both client conversations and internal initiatives.
