Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 2-5 years of experience in PPC campaign management, with a strong track record of achieving client KPIs.
  • Up-to-date experience in e-commerce account and shopping feed management
  • Experience in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics, essential for effective campaign management and performance analysis. Pinterest/Reddit knowledge is a plus!
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Google Merchant Center, valuable for enhancing tracking capabilities and managing product listings, respectively.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions; comfort in Microsoft Excel.
  • Leadership and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in layman's terms.
  • Comfort and experience in using PowerPoint to effectively present strategic guidance and tactical analysis to clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay abreast of industry trends and changes.

Nice To Haves

  • Pinterest/Reddit knowledge is a plus!
  • Agency experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Launch and oversee paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, as well as paid social campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram). This includes setting up campaigns, creating keyword strategies, audience segmentation, creative testing, and managing budgets to meet client KPIs.
  • Master utilizing both the Google & Microsoft UIs as well as the Ads Editor programs to manage campaigns.
  • Regularly analyze campaign data to optimize for maximum ROI. Adjust strategies based on performance insights and agency best practices.
  • Work closely with other marketing team members to ensure PPC and paid social strategies complement broader marketing goals. Provide clear, actionable recurring reports to clients and internal teams that outline performance and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Share relevant, useful data analysis - both recurring and ad hoc - with internal team members and clients. These analyses should require minimal cleanup and be immediately useful to answer a question or make a point.
  • Understand campaign objectives/strategy and able to present insight in reports to clients as well as field/anticipate questions.
