Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and install residential and/or commercial plumbing systems with a high level of technical expertise and efficiency
- Lead complex service calls and installation projects, ensuring all work meets company standards, local codes, and safety regulations
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, explaining issues, outlining solutions, and providing accurate recommendations
- Mentor and support apprentice and junior plumbers by sharing knowledge, modeling best practices, and promoting a culture of safety and accountability
- Maintain accurate service records, complete required documentation, and manage materials and inventory responsibly
- Collaborate with dispatch, customer service, and leadership teams to ensure smooth scheduling, timely arrivals, and high customer satisfaction
