About The Position

SUMMARY: Diagnose/troubleshoot plumbing equipment, present options and pricing to customers. Complete approved repairs/improvements in a timely manner.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Inspect plumbing systems, perform diagnostics, and ensure they comply with regulatory codes
• Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures
• Fitting and repairing various household plumbing appliances
• Cutting, soldering, and assembling pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures
• Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance
• Provide the highest level of customer service at all times
• Troubleshooting and resolving problems
• Preparing cost estimates

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in residential plumbing
• Working knowledge of water supply systems
• Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
• Listening and communication skills
• Interpersonal skills
• At least 18 years of age and have at minimum of three years of safe driving experience
• Successfully pass a background and driving record check Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (until eligible for a company vehicle)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to work in extreme conditions (i.e. cold, hot, dirty environment, cramped, on ladders etc.).
• Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, and stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 75+ lbs.
• Authorized to work in the US for any employer
