About The Position

As Senior Plant Director you will ensure the achievement of metrics (Safety, Quality, Inventory, Delivery, Cost and so on) in the ISC manufacturing organization. You will manage a team that supports production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment. You will leverage your team's experience and skills to perform activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering. You will report directly to our VP CS Americas Operations Center, and you’ll work out of our Torrance, CA location on a On-Site work schedule.

Requirements

10 plus years of leadership experience in an Integrated Supply Chain role or Operations.

Bachelor's/ Masters degree
Certification(s): Lean/Six Sigma, continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, APICS (materials management certification)
Extensive manufacturing experience in a fast paced environment
