Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Construction Management, Engineering or a closely related field.
- Master’s Degree preferred.
- CHFM preferred
- Minimum 7 years in Facilities management with experience in budget oversight, contracted services oversight, personnel management and long-term planning.
- OSHFM (Ohio Society of Healthcare Facilities Managers) board member
- Leadership/management skills
- Knowledge of State and local fire codes
- Comprehensive knowledge of Life Safety Code and application to HFAP Chapters 11 & 13 standards
- Ability to read blueprints and specs for construction projects
- Ability to work with web-based software
- Able to manage multiple projects and teams at one time
