About The Position

The Senior Placements Liaison provides leadership and expertise across the Placements Liaison team, filling in for Liaison I, II, and III as needed. This role ensures operational consistency, oversees complex compliance and onboarding processes, and serves as a point of escalation for challenging site and learner situations. The Senior Placements Liaison also leads onboarding and compliance-focused site meetings and supports the professional development of the liaison team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Education, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in clinical placement coordination, compliance management, or related administrative role.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentorship experience within a team environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, SharePoint, and compliance tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex operational workflows and provide high-level guidance to staff.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert and fill-in for Placements Liaison I, II, and III as operational needs require.
  • Lead compliance-focused site meetings, ensuring that all clinical placement and learner requirements are met accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to Placements Liaison staff across all levels.
  • Monitor and track placement and compliance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Academic Operations, Credentialing, Faculty, and other stakeholders to resolve escalated issues.
  • Maintain and improve onboarding procedures, background check processes, and site communication workflows.
  • Assist in developing and updating training materials and standard operating procedures for the liaison team.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of placements.
  • Serve as a role model for adherence to organizational values, professional communication, and operational excellence.
