About The Position

Now, we’re entering a new phase of growth and are looking for a Senior People Technology Partner to own the systems, automation, and data infrastructure that power the People function. This role is responsible for building scalable workflows, improving system functionality, and ensuring workforce data is accurate, accessible, and actionable. You will play a key role in enabling scale by reducing manual work and improving how teams interact with People systems. This is a builder role focused on automation, system design, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in HRIS, People Systems, or similar roles
  • Strong experience with HR platforms (Rippling preferred)
  • Experience building workflows, automation, and system integrations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience building dashboards and working with workforce data
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

Responsibilities

  • Own configuration, optimization, and ongoing management of People systems (Rippling and integrations)
  • Build and automate workflows across the employee lifecycle
  • Design and operate HR Support Desk system infrastructure (intake, routing, SLAs, reporting)
  • Establish and maintain workforce data integrity, controls, and governance
  • Build dashboards and reporting (headcount, attrition, support trends, workforce analytics)
  • Identify inefficiencies and automate manual processes across People Operations
  • Integrate People systems with IT, Finance, and other business tools
  • Improve system usability and employee experience across People platforms
  • Troubleshoot system issues and drive resolution
  • Support system readiness for growth, new locations, and M&A activity
  • Partner with People Ops and PBPs to translate business needs into system solutions
