We’re looking for a Senior People Partner to be the strategic partner to senior leaders across our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. You will shape the structure, culture, and talent systems that drive growth, engagement, and performance—while owning some of the most complex and impactful people work in the company. You will also serve as a direct support to people leaders across all levels, coaching them hands-on through all people matters—from day-to-day challenges to complex organizational decisions. This role is for someone who operates ahead of the business, not behind it. You combine serious employee relations expertise, commercial instinct, and the ability to influence at the most senior levels. You’re fluent in AI-augmented ways of working and see technology as a lever—not a replacement—for deep human judgment. You are both a trusted advisor and a capable executor.
