Basic Function We are seeking a Senior People Partner to play a critical role in shaping and executing our people strategy as we scale. This is a highly strategic and hands-on position, partnering closely with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, talent outcomes, and a strong, high-performing culture. This role operates across the full spectrum of people functions, from talent acquisition and compensation design to business partnering, policy development, and growth planning making it ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in HR / People roles, including significant business partnering experience
  • Proven ability to operate across multiple people functions (TA, comp, HRBP, programs)
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset
  • Experience working in high-growth or evolving organizations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Sound judgment, discretion, and ability to navigate ambiguity

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in data centers, mission-critical infrastructure, power generation, or advanced industrial construction
  • Experience in high-growth or newly scaled business lines
  • Familiarity with multi-state workforce considerations and compliance

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute holistic people strategies aligned with business goals and growth plans
  • Partner with senior leaders to drive organizational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness
  • Act as a trusted advisor on leadership, performance, and culture
  • Lead and support hiring strategies across functions and levels
  • Build scalable recruiting processes and partner with hiring managers to attract top talent
  • Anticipate future talent needs and develop proactive workforce plans
  • Support the design and evolution of compensation structures, benchmarking, and incentive programs
  • Ensure competitive and equitable pay practices aligned with company philosophy
  • Provide day-to-day HR partnership to leaders and teams
  • Coach managers on performance management, employee engagement, and team development
  • Navigate complex employee relations topics with sound judgment
  • Develop and implement people policies, programs, and processes that scale with the business
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and best practices
  • Continuously improve systems and workflows to enhance employee experience
  • Drive initiatives that support company growth, culture, and employee engagement
  • Partner cross-functionally to implement programs that reinforce values and ways of working
  • Use data and insights to inform decisions and measure impact
