Embedded within our People Operations organization and partnering closely with our Enterprise Technology (IT) team, the Workday Senior People Technology Analyst will help drive the planning, configuration, testing, and long-term support of Crusoe's Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation. The ideal candidate is excited to join early in a major Workday program and stay hands-on from initial configuration decisions and workbook submissions through go-live and beyond. Candidates should bring strong functional Workday expertise (with comfort navigating technical concepts and partners), a sharp operational mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across IT, People Ops, and external vendors. You should be energized by ambiguity, able to prioritize in a high-velocity environment, and motivated by Crusoe's mission and the opportunity to build durable systems and processes from the ground up.
