About The Position

As a Senior People Operations Analyst, you’ll act as a first point of contact for complex, cross‑regional People topics, own and continuously improve core People Ops processes, ensure seamless employee experience and a high‑quality support at every stage of their journey.

Requirements

  • Experience in People Operations in a global/international team across multiple locations.
  • Experience in an HR shared services model; proven ability to partner cross‑functionally to automate and reduce tactical administration.
  • Strong working knowledge of US HR policies, labor law, and compliance; multi‑country experience is a plus.
  • Hands‑on experience with Workday for lifecycle administration; comfortable collaborating with People Tech on configuration, workflows, and testing.
  • Analytical, structured mindset with rigorous attention to detail; you spot inconsistencies and follow through to resolution.
  • Customer‑first perspective and strong communication skills across levels, cultures, and topics.

Responsibilities

  • Act as first‑line contact for complex People topics globally (policies, processes, systems, employment documentation, data questions).
  • Own and optimize end‑to-end People Ops processes within your domains (e.g., global onboarding/offboarding, background checks, Compliance Operation).
  • Maintain and continuously improve People Ops documentation and employee‑facing content for our self‑service.
  • Serve as an operational expert in Workday; partner with People Tech and other People teams to drive automation and process improvements.
  • Coordinate with external partners (EOR vendors, background‑check providers, immigration counsel, etc.) to ensure data and processes are accurate and compliant.
  • Lead or support cross‑functional projects that reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and strengthen the employee experience.
  • Provide guidance and informal mentoring to junior People Ops colleagues; review work on complex cases; share best practices.
