As a Senior People Operations Analyst, you’ll act as a first point of contact for complex, cross‑regional People topics, own and continuously improve core People Ops processes, ensure seamless employee experience and a high‑quality support at every stage of their journey. This is a hybrid role, with office attendance in Denver expected 2 days per week. What to expect Act as first‑line contact for complex People topics globally (policies, processes, systems, employment documentation, data questions). Own and optimize end‑to‑end People Ops processes within your domains (e.g., global onboarding/offboarding, background checks, Compliance Operation). Maintain and continuously improve People Ops documentation and employee‑facing content for our self‑service. Serve as an operational expert in Workday; partner with People Tech and other People teams to drive automation and process improvements. Coordinate with external partners (EOR vendors, background‑check providers, immigration counsel, etc.) to ensure data and processes are accurate and compliant. Lead or support cross‑functional projects that reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and strengthen the employee experience. Provide guidance and informal mentoring to junior People Ops colleagues; review work on complex cases; share best practices.
