About The Position

At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. We are looking for an exceptional Senior People Business Partner to support our Solutions Engineering and Revenue Operations teams. You’ll play a critical role in accelerating Vanta’s growth and helping our leaders build, develop and retain world-class teams. You will be a trusted partner, consultant and coach to team members across the revenue org, enabling them to do their best work. You will partner with our business leaders to design and execute people programs and initiatives that support Vanta’s strategy and overall business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across People Operations, Recruiting, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations to drive innovative, scalable solutions that deliver strong business outcomes. Our People Business Partner (PBP) team drives meaningful impact across the organization by leading change management efforts, partnering on organizational design and strategy, and shaping people initiatives that engage, grow, and retain talent. As a PBP, you’ll be embedded directly with the teams you support, serving as a trusted advisor and working cross-functionally on their behalf to help them achieve critical business outcomes. Known for delivering exceptional impact and raising the bar, our team is seeking thoughtful, pragmatic, and business-minded partners who can continue to uphold and elevate this standard.

  • Resourceful and action-oriented, comfortable rolling up your sleeves and partnering closely with teams to drive outcomes.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, approaching challenges with creativity, resilience, and practical problem-solving.
