Job Description Duties/Responsibilities: Implement, maintain, and review ADP payroll processing system to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions. · Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates by staff including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates. · Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices. · Facilitate audits by providing records and documentation to auditors. · Identify and recommend updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures. · Knowledge of HR Requirements for Non-Union Buildings · Track benefits for Non-Union Buildings · Respond & Track Local 32BJ Audit Inquires Track Workman Compensation policies and payments · Understand the rules regarding prevailing wages Audits Local NYC Unions 32BJ, 941 and others NYC Unions. · Maintaining a database for salaries & Bonuses for employees Salary Range: $120,000.00 to $150,000.00

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficient with ADP Workforce Now and Workforce Manager payroll software.
