Vultr is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Payroll & Benefits Specialist to support and strengthen the operational foundation of our People Operations function. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accurate and compliant administration of payroll, employee benefits, and regulatory obligations across our distributed workforce. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience managing multi-state payroll and U.S. employee benefits programs, along with a strong understanding of payroll tax requirements, employment regulations, and operational compliance. This role requires someone who is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable navigating complex regulatory environments while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. As a key member of the People Operations team, you will work closely with People Operations leadership, Finance, and external partners to support payroll and benefits administration, monitor evolving regulatory requirements, and help ensure our programs scale effectively as the company continues to grow.
