The Payroll and Benefits Specialist is responsible for the accurate, timely, and compliant administration of payroll and employee benefits across a multi‑program, multi‑site human‑services agency. This position ensures that all payroll transactions, benefits processes, employee records, and compliance requirements are executed with precision. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to support employees and managers across diverse programs including Area Agency on Aging (AAA), Public Transit, and Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).
