Requirements

  • 3+ years of payroll processing, employee benefits processing, and or human resources experience required
  • Experience with ADP or other payroll vendor required
  • Knowledge of employment laws, practices and regulations
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and computer software proficiency

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in in the healthcare field a plus

Responsibilities

  • Process weekly payroll through ADP for all divisions ensuring proper pay rates and time worked
  • Manage and maintain payroll reports and records
  • Oversee and manage benefits programs
  • Oversee and manage open enrollment, on-boarding, promotions, change of status, and eligibility
  • Manage and administer unemployment claims, garnishments, and deductions
  • Oversee recruitment, hiring, on-boarding, retention, employee/labor relations, compensation, benefits and employee development
  • Administer plans and procedures, assist with the development and implementation of personnel policies, and maintain employee handbook
  • Manage recruitment efforts, including new hire orientations and monitor career education programs
  • Oversee compensation program and employee performance evaluations
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal/state employment regulations
  • Other duties as assigned
