Requirements
- 4+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a multi-site or healthcare setting
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now is required
- Strong understanding of payroll laws, taxes, and compliance
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong Excel skills and general tech-savviness
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 400+ employees across multiple locations using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure accuracy of employee timecards, pay rates, PTO, and deductions
- Collaborate with HR and Finance to onboard new hires and manage payroll changes
- Maintain payroll records in compliance with federal and state regulations
- Support year-end processes including W-2s and tax filings
- Respond promptly and professionally to payroll-related inquiries from employees and managers
- Assist in audits, reporting, corrections, and continuous process improvement projects
