Location: This position is a hybrid role based out of HQ Bowie, Maryland office. The current expectation is that we are in office two days each week (Tuesday-Wed), with extra additional days as required during the month. Overview: The Senior Payer Account Manager is responsible for overseeing, managing and growing key payer relationships. The Account Manager will plan, direct, or coordinate payer relationship-building and management tasks, as well as work with internal and external facing departments to coordinate all activities with payer and trading partner accounts with a special emphasis on driving revenue. The Senior Payer Account Manager is also responsible for coordinating tasks associated with new direct connections with payers and trading partners. Including, facilitating testing requirements, payer enrollment configuration and payer production deployment
