About The Position

Reporting to the Vice President of iGaming Commercial, the successful candidate will be assigned a number of key partner accounts and jurisdictions, responsible for establishing lasting relationships that translate into increased revenues generated through our iGaming product offerings. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for increasing Aristocrat Interactive market access, business revenues. The Senior Account manager will be proactive, persistent, and creative in engaging with partners. This role is key in researching market analysis, game performance, and providing updates to the leadership team. This team member will be involved in developing operator marketing plans, providing game roadmaps, business matters, technical projects, new product concepts, marketing, and delivery via proprietary means. You will cultivate new business engagement with our industry-wide network, to the biggest names in online gaming where gaming is legal. The role will include the full lifecycle of content management. Account management includes managing day to day activities of partners and cultivating new opportunities. Sales skills needed include speaking in public, presenting on products, management of legal contracts, and sales closing activities. In this role you will be expected to cultivate the relationship with the partner across the Aristocrat Interactive iGaming business. The candidate that will succeed in this role is a Leader who demonstrates a pragmatic, well organized, data-driven, and excellent communication approach.

Requirements

  • Experience in similar iGaming commercial supplier role/s in the iGaming industry (either Sports or Casino) or similar technology based high-growth industries, is highly advantageous
  • Previous experience in a similar role including large account management is highly desirable
  • Understand technology/delivery principles at an elevated level
  • Experience in data driven decision making and curious to always dig deeper for better insight
  • A tenacious personality with an inner drive to achieve outstanding results
  • Strong account and project management skills
  • Excellent communication, networking and relationship building skills
  • A passion for online gaming
  • Strategic and business driven
  • Understanding of legal agreements relative to e-gaming
  • Experience and ability to run complex negotiations
  • Confident presentation skills to deliver with gravitas

Responsibilities

  • Market analysis, research and communicate findings to key partners
  • Report game performance and share competitive insights
  • Convey game roadmaps to partners and operators prioritizing delivery
  • Work with operators/ partners to develop a marking plan for content
  • Continually optimize Aristocrat Interactive’s 360 degree commercial, promotional, and on-site content proposition for Aristocrat’s customers against relevant benchmarks
  • Identify and develop business opportunities with Aristocrat’s customers by upselling and cross-selling products, features, content, marketing, promotional, and new market opportunities
  • To provide ongoing Account Management to assigned customers
  • To achieve annual revenue targets and have the ability to forecast accurately
  • To have a strong interest in data and be curious, while coordinating tracking, reporting, and analysis of performance metrics
  • To lead in-depth Monthly/Quarterly performance reporting, QBR's, and provide insights with recommendations and strategy/focus points to Aristocrat’s customers.
  • To ensure educated delivery of both marketing and technical documentation
  • To handle and prioritize operators’ daily issues in conjunction with internal support functions
  • To identify and co-ordinate training requirements
  • To support product pipeline prioritization from a commercial value perspective and contribute to decisions concerning the continuous improvement of Aristocrat Interactive’sproducts and services, providing input where necessary from an overarching commercial strategy perspective
  • Representing Aristocrat Interactive’sto assigned partners and take ownership
  • Regular travel to meet customers will be expected.
