The Partner Success Manager owns the day-to-day relationship with our partners and makes sure they succeed with DigniFi. You'll work with partners from the time they sign up through launch and scaling, manage our internal teams to support them, hit revenue targets together, and help partners grow their business. Requirements

  • 4-7+ year’s experience in partner success, account management, or business development, especially revenue-focused)
  • Track record of hitting revenue targets managing multiple partners
  • Experience managing complex partnerships with lots of moving pieces and different teams
  • Can look at data and figure out what's driving (or blocking) growth
  • Great at building relationships with people at different levels (executives and operations teams)
  • Organized and can juggle multiple timelines and projects at once
  • Comfortable figuring things out in an uncertain environment and knowing when to ask for help
  • Willing to travel to partner sites and conferences.

Nice To Haves

  • Fintech, automotive, or payments experience is a big plus
  • Experience with SaaS integrations or technical partnerships is helpful

Responsibilities

  • Own the revenue numbers (GMV targets) for your partners.
  • Create and run quarterly/annual growth plans with partners: what will drive volume, how do we activate more merchants, what's the path to scale.
  • Track how partners are performing weekly/monthly and report on what's working / what's not.
  • Flag when a partner is struggling and figure out how to fix it.
  • Meet regularly with partners to review numbers and plan next steps.
  • Handle escalations and blockers.
  • Own the implementation timeline from contract signing to go-live.
  • Be the point person coordinating our internal teams (product, engineering, legal, marketing, etc.) to support the launch.
  • Make sure the technical integration, API setup, and data reporting are ready before launch.
  • Run pre-launch meetings with both the DigniFi team and partner to make sure everyone knows what to expect.
  • Train partner teams on how our product works and how to drive volume.
  • Build genuine working relationships with partner leadership and their teams.
  • Be the go-to person when they have problems - strategic or operational.
  • Talk with partners regularly.
  • Share best practices across your partner portfolio.
  • Look for opportunities to expand the relationship through new products, more merchants, new use cases, etc.
  • Help with transitions when there are team changes.
  • Work with partners to identify specific ways they can grow volume.
  • Help partners with marketing materials, training, sales resources.
  • Listen to partner feedback and feature requests and share it with our product & engineering teams.
  • Keep the VP of Partnerships updated on how things are going and what you are seeing in the market.
  • Document what you learn from each partner.
  • Keep accurate records of contracts, technical specs, and compliance requirements.
  • Create weekly/monthly reports on GMV, volume, metrics, and overall partner healt.
  • Make sure DigniFi teams (product, marketing, tech support, legal, etc.) and partners are communicating well.
  • Manage testing and go-live activities with the technical team.
  • Support marketing announcements and case studies.
