About The Position

We are hiring a Senior Paralegal with strong experience in employment‑based immigration to support attorneys and manage client accounts. This role requires autonomy, attention to detail, and the ability to oversee immigration processes from start to finish.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in employment‑based U.S. immigration.
• Hands‑on experience is REQUIRED with ALL of the following visa types: H‑1B L‑1 PERM TN
• Candidates must have experience in all listed visa categories to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, file, and track employment‑based immigration petitions.
• Collect and review documentation for employer‑sponsored cases.
• Draft and review supporting documents for petitions, extensions, amendments, and change of status.
• Maintain immigration case files, calendars, and deadlines.
• Ensure filings are accurate, timely, and compliant with federal regulations.
• Coordinate directly with attorneys, HR teams, and corporate clients.
• Drive immigration processes to completion and manage multiple active cases.
