About The Position

Pillar4 Media is seeking a Senior Paid Social Manager to join its fast-growing team. We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Paid Social Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of paid social strategy, e-commerce, digital marketing, creative optimization, and advanced analytics. This teammate will be responsible for leading the strategy development, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Reddit and others-designed to engage new audiences, drive efficient acquisition, and scale revenue growth. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns and broader digital marketing programs.
  • Deep proficiency with major paid social platforms and tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Tag Manager, attribution platforms, etc.).
  • Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, creative experimentation, reporting, and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of data tracking, including pixels, conversion APIs, event prioritization, and data hygiene best practices.
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience with data analytics tools. Proven track record of driving measurable results through a data-driven approach.
  • Strong creative skills with a keen eye for design and content that drives action and resonates with target audiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Openness to feedback and collaboration: You'll be working closely with folks across different teams, so you'll need to be open to the process and accept feedback and critique.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of full funnel paid social campaigns that drive engagement, efficient acquisition, and measurable revenue growth.
  • Own the Paid Social P&L statement, optimizing key performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate, translating insights into clear recommendations and reporting performance to stakeholders.
  • Develop and refine audience strategies across prospecting, retargeting, and retention, leveraging analytics and segmentation.
  • Monitor platform signals, auctions, and delivery trends to proactively adjust budgets, bids, and targeting.
  • Maintain rigorous data hygiene with accurate pixel implementation, conversion tracking, and event prioritization across platforms.
  • Own and execute a testing roadmap that continuously tests creative concepts, formats, CTAs, audiences, and placements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as Paid Search, Design, Product, Technology, and Partnerships to execute on paid social strategies. Manage relationships with platform reps and external partners to unlock betas, troubleshoot issues, and gather strategic recommendations.
