The Sr. Paid Media Strategist is responsible for creation and execution of integrated, search engine marketing or pay-per-click (PPC) and paid social strategies that improve relevant website traffic and ultimately drive qualified leads (and/or sales) for their clients. This individual is part of the Enterprise 1 Team and works closely on integrated strategies with other service teams towards unified goals. This is a client-facing role that partners cross-departmentally beyond their immediate team. As a Senior teammate in the department, you are also responsible for providing mentorship and training to others in the department. Plan, develop, and execute advanced integrated, multi-platform paid media strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and emerging platforms, tailored to client needs and goals, ensuring top-tier results within allocated budgets and timeframes. Measure and report on campaign performance, including lead trends/revenue, budget allocation, and quality of search terms. Create insightful, action-oriented monthly reports, clearly communicating performance and strategic recommendations to clients. Collaborate with the immediate team and cross-departmentally on integrated marketing strategies aligned with client business goals. Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of clients' business priorities, translating them into strategies to deliver qualified leads and/or sales for Clients. Conduct in-depth competitor and audience analysis to inform campaign strategies and identify market opportunities. Meet expectations of timelines, communication, results and meaningful deliverables to contribute to company and team retention goals. Exemplify strong communication skills, instilling confidence with clients through trust building interactions to strengthen and maintain client relationships. Grow business acumen by exploring client industries, staying on top of trends, and using insights to drive smarter strategies. Be accountable to outlined client, team, and company targets for individual performance and portfolio of accounts, reporting on metrics as they relate to company goals. Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, including algorithm shifts, industry updates and platform changes. Continuously enhance knowledge independently and through ongoing training to build credibility with teammates and clients. Lead quarterly or monthly planning sessions, presenting strategic roadmaps that align with client business objectives and KPIs, while proactively identifying new opportunities to enhance performance. Demonstrate creativity, adaptability, self-motivation, and strong organizational skills. Work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with all staff levels. Use discernment to identify and implement appropriate paid media channels based on client business goals and objectives. Manage and optimize paid media budget allocation across channels and keywords, aligning with clients' priorities and adapting as needed based on performance. Perform keyword research and analyze creative assets, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization. Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to refine campaign elements, utilizing advanced bidding and audience targeting to enhance outcomes. Lead client calls with accessible presentations of complex data, facilitating productive strategy discussions and maintaining regular communication to address concerns proactively. Oversee end-to-end implementation of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring adherence to best practices and client guidelines. Own client relationship, strategy, and execution for single channel customers, if applicable. Provide guidance and support to junior team members and peers within the integrated strategy group and across the company, fostering their professional growth and development. This includes conducting regular training sessions, mentoring, offering constructive feedback, sharing knowledge on the latest Paid Media trends and best practices, and serving as a resource for troubleshooting complex challenges. Actively contribute to building a collaborative team environment by encouraging open communication and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Other duties, as assigned.
