About The Position

Our client, a leading digital marketing agency, is seeking a Paid Media Strategist to join their team in St. Louis, Missouri. In this role, you will own and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns across multiple platforms—including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Bing, and Reddit—driving measurable results for a diverse portfolio of clients. You’ll develop and execute full-funnel media strategies, monitor budgets, analyze performance data, and collaborate closely with creative and analytics teams to ensure campaigns deliver maximum ROI. Candidates must have agency experience, a proven track record managing large-scale campaigns and budgets, and the ability to translate performance insights into actionable strategies. Requirements

  • 3+ years of paid media experience required
  • Agency experience required
  • Proven experience managing $100K+ monthly ad budgets required
  • Expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager required
  • Strong understanding of attribution models and performance analytics required
  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager experience required

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day management of paid search and social campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with client objectives
  • Lead campaign planning, budget allocation, and forecasting across multiple accounts
  • Identify audience targeting strategies, creative testing plans, and channel mix optimizations
  • Analyze campaign performance to improve ROAS, reduce CPA, and scale campaigns efficiently
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports with actionable insights
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to align assets with campaign goals
  • Monitor and maintain tracking pixels, UTM tags, and other attribution mechanisms
  • Continuously identify opportunities to optimize campaigns, test new strategies, and expand performance
