About The Position

We are seeing a Senior Packaging Design Manager to lead packaging creative and production across a portfolio of owned and licensed brands. This role will manage and mentor a team of designers and project managers while partnering closely with brand, marketing, and operations teams to deliver packaging that’s on-brand, retail-ready, compliant, and cost-conscious. Experience within club wholesale or fast-paced apparel/lifestyle environments is strongly preferred.

Requirements

• Senior-level packaging design experience in apparel, lifestyle, or CPG
• 3 years of managing designers, packaging concept (design, structure, and substrate), production of collateral, and proofing of physicals.
• Deep understanding of packaging structure, materials, and production
• Organized, strategic, and comfortable managing multiple brands at once
• A hands-on, solutions-oriented leader who gets things done
• Able to work on site 5 days a week
• In prior roles, they have been r Adept at working with global vendors is paramount to success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full packaging design lifecycle across multiple brands
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver functional, compliant, and visually compelling packaging
• Manage and mentor designers and creative project managers
• Ensure alignment with brand standards, sustainability goals, and retailer requirements
• Partner with global vendors to manage quality, timelines, and cost
• Oversee budgets, workflows, and process improvements
