Position Overview: Principle Duties / Responsibilities: In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing and production operations initiatives for key products, spanning from the early stages of development to mass production. As a leader within the development team, you will cultivate and sustain effective working relationships among technical teams, contract manufacturing partners, and business/product stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of strategic product development objectives. A successful Sr. Operations Program Manager demonstrates a high level of energy, attention to detail, self-motivation, and exceptional communication skills. They possess expertise in all phases of product development, operational planning, logistics strategy, and are adept at applying program/project management methodologies. The successful applicant is: Experienced in manufacturing, process engineering, logistics, strategic component sourcing, risk mitigation and/or supply chain management. Results oriented with attention to detail and a strategic long term planning perspective Proficient at addressing various partners from individual contributors, up through senior leadership. Technically proficient and has prior contract manufacturing partner management experience. Familiar with a variety of manufacturing processes and techniques A liaison to vendors and technical teams to design, develop and deliver products on time and within budget Familiar with product lifecycle management methodologies
