Snorkel AINew York City, NY
10d$130,000 - $200,000

About The Position

At Snorkel, we believe meaningful AI doesn’t start with the model, it starts with the data. We’re on a mission to help enterprises transform expert knowledge into specialized AI at scale. The AI landscape has gone through incredible changes between 2015, when Snorkel started as a research project in the Stanford AI Lab, to the generative AI breakthroughs of today. But one thing has remained constant: the data you use to build AI is the key to achieving differentiation, high performance, and production-ready systems. We work with some of the world’s largest organizations to empower scientists, engineers, financial experts, product creators, journalists, and more to build custom AI with their data faster than ever before. Excited to help us redefine how AI is built? Apply to be the newest Snorkeler! About the Team The Supply team at Snorkel is responsible for building, scaling, and sustaining the global expert contributor (EC) ecosystem that powers our data delivery. This includes a mix of internal sourcing, self-serve contributors, and external supply partners such as BPOs. The team works closely with Delivery, Product, Engineering, and EC Experience to ensure we can reliably operate at scale, maintain the highest quality bar, and support 24/7 delivery across customers and domains. About the Role The Supply Partnerships Manager owns Snorkel’s external supply partnerships, with a primary focus on BPO relationships that augment our EC network. This role is responsible for setting the strategy for how we scale supply through partners, ensuring balanced global coverage, and holding partners to Snorkel’s quality, performance, and reliability standards. You will manage partner relationships end to end—from onboarding and commercial terms to ongoing performance management—while partnering cross-functionally to ensure BPO contributors have a high-quality, well-supported experience on the Snorkel platform. This role is critical to enabling Snorkel’s growth, operational resilience, and ability to deliver high-quality data at scale. About You You are an experienced operator who is comfortable owning external partnerships at scale.
