The Role: Senior Operations Executive (Remote) Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for healthcare market research? We're seeking a Senior Operations Executive to join our Philippines-based team, supporting the execution of groundbreaking projects for clients across the United States and Europe.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a market research agency, with a proven track record with scheduling, fieldwork logistics, and delivering/reviewing materials across the project lifecycle.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects while maintaining exceptional quality and accuracy.
• Ability to manage tasks for either qualitative or quantitative market research projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in pharmaceutical market research projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage diaries for meetings and fieldwork services, ensuring seamless coordination.
• Develop and execute project-related administrative tasks, including screeners, discussion guides, analysis planning, report setup and quality control, and project documents.
• Oversee data review and management processes with precision.
• Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to ensure project tasks are efficiently and accurately completed.
• Provide mentorship, support, and training to Operations Executives.
• Learn and utilise project management software to track and streamline project workflows.
