About The Position

We’re seeking a Senior Office Manager / Executive Assistant to partner closely with our CEO and lead office operations for our New York City location. This hybrid role combines high‑level executive support with operational leadership to create a welcoming, efficient, and organized workplace. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and amplifies the productivity of the executive team and broader organization. You will report directly to the CEO and collaborate across our G&A team and other cross‑functional teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in executive support, office management, or related operational roles.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and able to operate independently with discretion.
  • Solutions‑oriented, with a positive attitude in a high‑growth environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a startup or tech environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary executive assistant to the CEO: manage calendar, meetings, travel, and expenses.
  • Prepare executive communications, presentations, and briefing materials.
  • Serve as a point of contact and liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Anticipate priorities and manage follow‑through on key tasks and action items.
  • Lead day‑to‑day operations of the NYC office, including vendor relationships, facilities coordination, supplies, and workplace logistics.
  • Partner with People & Talent on onboarding, employee experience, and internal events.
  • Organize team gatherings, offsites, and cross‑functional meetings to support culture and collaboration.
  • Maintain a professional, organized, and functional office environment.
  • Support operational and internal projects that enhance efficiency and employee experience.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and communication flows.
  • Assist with administrative needs across teams as required.
