They will be able to identify and resolve issues on the connectivity infrastructure and establish security best practices. They are ultimately responsible for maintaining infrastructure systems - including Network, Zero Trust Segmentation (AKA Micro-Seg), NGFW, NAC and Load Balancing.

Requirements

  • Demonstrating good knowledge of infrastructure knowledge
  • CCNP certifications preferred
  • Responsible for creating and generating configuration changes, responding to more complex and technical incident response and trouble shooting.
  • Playing a central role in tier 3 specialist incident response and resolution.
  • Collaborate with vendor teams for complex incident response.
  • Staying at the forefront of emerging technologies and best practices to drive advancements in the field.
