This role is responsible for complex contracting of dentists within a specific assigned territory or by assignment, with the goal of achieving annual network growth. The specialist will conduct initial outreach to dental offices, perform regular follow-ups, and overcome objections to contract with dentists at identified locations. This involves using sales skills and targeted messaging for outreach or cold calls, either through personal appointments or telephone. The position also entails initial relationship development with new dentists and assisting with the transition of those relationships to Network Support.
