Applicants beyond fifty (50) miles may still be considered.Job Summary Strategic Relationship Management: Own and manage executive-level (C-suite) relationships with our national carrier, insurtech, and agency, partners. Serve as the primary liaison for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Responsible for premium and new business growth by prospecting and managing large, complex national relationships including those with unique structures and/or high GWP. Takes ownership for business development initiatives within existing portfolio to maximize premium, profit and growth objectives while prospecting for new relationships. Develops and executes strategies to build business within the Strategic Partnerships portfolio. Business Development & Growth: Identify, pursue, and secure new strategic partnerships. Drive hunting activities to expand our network and revenue opportunities. Performance Optimization: Analyze partner performance and recommend actionable improvements. Develop and implement strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency. Industry Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of personal lines insurance to influence decisions. Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies. Automotive Manufacturer Partnerships Experience Preferred: Collaborate with automotive manufacturers and related stakeholders to integrate insurance solutions. Explore innovative distribution models within the automotive insurance space.
