The Member Services team is crucial for sustaining CapRadio's public service mission by engaging with members, creating personalized touchpoints, and strengthening community connections. The Senior Member Services Specialist is responsible for leading stewardship and cultivation efforts to achieve member retention, acquisition, and growth goals, enhance member understanding, and maintain member data health. This role involves handling complex membership operations, including processing foundation gifts, stock submissions, and advanced customer service issues. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, affable, and enthusiastic about providing exceptional member experience, routinely interacting with members via phone, email, mail, and in-person engagements.
