You’ll want us on your resume. Position Overview We are seeking a Billing Specialist who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about improving healthcare behind the scenes. You’ll ensure timely, accurate reimbursement and help patients access life-changing treatments without unnecessary financial stress.

Requirements

5+ years of medical billing experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel)
Working knowledge of EHR/EMR, clearinghouses, and payment workflows
Understanding of specialty billing and biologic reimbursement
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
A growth mindset—excited to learn and teach

Nice To Haves

Experience with infusion billing or AMD platforms
Coding certifications (CPC, CCA, CCS, etc.)
Advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills
Familiarity with specialty pharmacy workflows

Responsibilities

Submit and manage claims for biologic infusions and other services
Post payments, reconcile patient accounts, and interpret EOBs (Explanation of Benefits)
Resolve denials and unpaid claims with precision and urgency
Collaborate cross-functionally with intake, clinical, and supervisory teams
Communicate with insurance companies and patients—professionally and empathetically
Identify process gaps and help drive continuous improvement
Share knowledge openly—no gatekeeping here
